To prepare the Carrot bread with walnut kernels recipe, please follow these instructions:
Walnut kernels are whipped lightly over low heat on a dry pan, cool and chopped roughly. The carrots are cleaned and torn off. The yeast is stirred in hand-warmed water. The other ingredients are added and the dough is kneaded until it is uniform. Set for raising a loose place - for double size approx. 1 hour. The dough is merged into three equal pieces, which form into balls that rest for 3-5 minutes. The dough balls are pressed flat and shaped into bread, laid on a greased baking sheet. Replies a loose place, to double size for approx. 30 minutes. Brush with whipped egg and scratch. Bake on the bottom groove in a 200 degree hot oven for 30-40 minutes
