1.5 | tsp | Baking soda |
100 | g | Desiccated coconut |
100 | g | Syrup, light |
130 | g | Margarine |
190 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |
380 | g | Sugar |
4 | Eggs |
Instructions for Caramel cake (small)
To prepare the Caramel cake (small) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs and sugar are whipped frothy, melted chilled margarine. Pour flour and baking soda in and coconut flour alternately with milk.
Bake in the frying pan approx. 23x33 cm. On the bottom groove for about 30-40 minutes at 170 degrees C. alm. oven.
All ingredients for the glaze are boiled together for 7-10 minutes with constant stirring at medium heat.
When the cake has cooled, the icing is poured and the cake is iced with coconut flour.
