Ingredients for Cappucinoparfait

½ | tsp | Ground cinnamon |
1 | Orange peel | |
1 | tbsp | Cocoa powder |
2 | Egg whites | |
2 | tbsp | Powder coffee |
200 | g | Sugar |
4 | tbsp | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Cappucinoparfait
To prepare the Cappucinoparfait recipe, please follow these instructions:
Orange peel, coffee powder, 150 g sugar and ½ liter boiling water are stirred together. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and leave it for approx. 10 minutes. Remove the orange peel. Freeze the mixture. When the ice cream is finished, divide it into eight coffee cups or glass to be placed in the freezer. The cream is whipped together with cinnamon and it is set aside. Egg whips are whipped until they are stiff and the rest of the sugar is added. Gently mix the cream with egg whites. Bring some of this mixture over the coffee and fry it for approx. 30 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
