To prepare the Buns / buns Gluten free recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is stirred in lukewarm water. Add the husk and salt. Stir and leave the mixture for 10 minutes. Mix the oil and flour in. Stir the dough thoroughly on the machine. The dough must be quite greasy. Distribute the dough into metal muffins molds. Smooth anyway. Out with a little water. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover with a towel and raise approx. 1 hour. Bake at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
tips:
Replace the flour with 1 dl chop flakes, 1 dl sunflower seeds and 400 g flour. The balls can also be put on two-spoon baking paper. Bake possibly. A little longer if you want a crisp crust
