Ingredients for Bun 10
0.5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
1 | tsp | Salt |
100 | g | Butter/margarine |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Bun 10
To prepare the Bun 10 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the water.
Melt the butter.
Put sugar, salt, eggs and most of the flour into the yeast/water mixture.
Add the melted butter.
Knead VERY long.
Must raise to double size (ca. 30 min.)
Knead the dough and roll it into a sausage, cut it into the size you want and roll them into buns.
Set them on a plate and let them raise in 20 min.
Bake at 220 degrees for about 15 mins.
Tips:
Brush them with the egg in the EVS is put in the oven, so they will be completely blank. Add if necessary. chocolate pieces or raisins
