4Halved strawberries for garnish
6Pieces of chocolate brownie
8bulletsCarte d'or intense pistachio & vanilla (200 g/400 ml)

To prepare the Brownie with Carte d'or Pistacio recipe, please follow these instructions:

how to do it
1.) Use the six chocolate brownies to make 6 chocolate circles of 8 cm with a round stitch shape
2.) Cut each chocolate circle so that you get 12 thin circles
3.) Take 4 round slices and place a brownie slice at the bottom of each
4.) Put a ball of Carte d'Or Intense Pistachio and Vanilla on each of the 4 circles and press down to smooth the ice out. Place a new chocolate circle upstairs, another ball of Carte d'Or ice cream and end with a chocolate circle at the top - just like you make a pie cake. Leave the slices out of shape so that the cake retains its shape.
5.) Continue making all 4 ice-turrets
6.) Decorate the towers with 2 half strawberries
7.) Put the towers on cold plates, remove the stew and serve immediately
