Ingredients for Brownie Cheesecake
1 | tsp | Lemon juice |
1 | package | Shake n ' bake brownie mix |
1 | tsp | Vanilleessens |
1.5-2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
2/3 | cup | Sukkel |
2-2.5 | dl | Sour cream |
3 | Eggs | |
350 | g | Peanut butter |
Instructions for Brownie Cheesecake
To prepare the Brownie Cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Follow the instructions on the brownie mix and pour the mix at the bottom of a spring shape. Bake brownie for 5 minutes.
All ingredients must be at room temperature when you start.
Start whipping the lubricant until it is light and airy (as light and airy as lubricant can now be)
Add sugar at a time and keep whipping until it gets creamy.
Add one egg at a time and whip after each egg.
When the eggs are whipped into the lubricant, add flour, vanilla and lemon juice. Whip well
Finally whip cremefraichen in.
Pour the mix into the spring form on top of the brownie.
Place the cake at the top of a preheated oven at 160 degrees and behind it 1 hour and 15 minutes. (I have not used hot air)
Turn the oven off and open the door. Leave the cake for an hour.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down before putting it in the fridge. Leave the cake overnight. The longer, the better.
