1000 | g | Syrup |
2000 | g | Wheat flour |
500 | g | Butter |
500 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Brown cakes from olde
To prepare the Brown cakes from olde recipe, please follow these instructions:
Syrup, butter, sugar melted over even heat, cinnamon and carnations stirred in.
When it's all melted, take off the heat and stir the potash.
Cool and mix with flour.
When the dough is cold enough to work, it is divided into pieces that are rolled into rods. Charged for next day.
Cut into slices and decorate.
Bake: 8-10 min at 190 degrees - hot air a little makes.
tips:
The recipe is one I have from my grandmother. It's a big potion, it can be frozen in small potions / rolls, so it's easy to go to when you have time to bake. The dough can also be rolled out and cut out in shape.
