Instructions for Broken pig on grass
To prepare the Broken pig on grass recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fold the pig down the center, beware, you do not cut through. Fold out the sweat, lightly tap or press it flat without destroying the meat.
Grease a thin layer of peanut butter. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Put finely chopped chilli, garlic and a slightly coarser chopped pepper in the middle. Throw salt and pepper on.
Roll the pig together to form a sausage. Close with meat needles or toothpicks. Give the pig's garlic on, by rolling bacon over.
Throw it on a pan with oil, very finely chopped lemongrass and garlic. Step the meat when the grass is dark. Take the sauce and cook coconut milk together with peanut butter and soy sauce.
Cut the pig and serve with boiled rice.
