1 | dl | Water |
150 | g | Grated cheese, mozzarella 45 + |
2 | dl | Whipped cream |
3 | Eggs |
Instructions for Brocollitærte
To prepare the Brocollitærte recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour bag contents into a bowl together with 1 dl. lukewarm water.
Eat the dough evenly.
Roll out the dough and put it in a pie shape.
Boil broccoli pieces and carrot slices in lettuce-free water for a few minutes.
Let the broccoli pieces and carrot slices drip well.
Distribute the broccoli and carrots in the pie shape.
Whip a egg mixture consisting of 3 eggs and 2 dl. Cream or cottage cheese together.
Pour the egg yolk over the fillet and season with salt and pepper.
Dry if necessary. Little fried cheese over.
Bake the pie in the oven for 35-40 min at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
