Ingredients for Broccollisalat

1 | tsp | Red wine vinegar |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
1.5 | dl | Raisins |
1.5 | dl | Sunflower kernels |
150 | g | Red onion |
2.5 | dl | Cheasy cream 9% |
300 | g | Bacon, sliced |
600 | g | Broccoli |
Instructions for Broccollisalat
To prepare the Broccollisalat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dressing: Stir Cheasy Cream with red wine vinegar and sugar. Let the dressing stand cold an hour.
Cut the bacon into slices and grate it completely dark, and allow it to draw on a piece of paper towel or similar.
Part broccolien into very small florets. Dice into small cubes.
Now mix broccoli bouquets, sunflower seeds, raisins, red onions and half of the bacon into a bowl.
Pour dressing over and toss around. Garnish with the rest of the bacon.
