The broccoli bouquets are cut from the stick and blanched 2-3 min. A sandcake shape (about 1 liter) brushed with melted dough and coated with baking paper. The broccoli bouquets are placed in the shape of the stick upwards. Combine egg and liquid, seasoned with salt and musk, pour over the bouquets and carefully put the mold in the oven at 150-175º.
