To prepare the Broccoli timbale recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make broccolien able and part it into smaller pieces. Boil it in salted water until it is tender. Let it run well.
Findel broccolien in a blender. (Save possibly a few flowers for garnish).
Stir in eggs and cream in and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Pour the mixture into 4 buttered, ovnfaste individual bowls and behind them in a water bath in the oven at 175 degrees C alm. oven, 20-25 minutes.
