To prepare the Breakfast buns Gluten free recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the fat, add water and stir the yeast out when it is hand-warmed.
Add salt and flour. Save some flour to the kneading.
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
Pour the dough through and form it into hamburger buns.
Let the balls rise for 20 min. Brush with hot water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 250 degrees for approx. 10 min.
