Instructions for Bread with squash and Sesame
To prepare the Bread with squash and Sesame recipe, please follow these instructions:
Squashen rives fine and anbringres in a bowl. 3 TSP. Salt added. Stir. After at least a half hour dewatered squashen by first being poured into a sieve and when a portion of the water is sprinkled from being put on a porous material (URf.eks. a diaper) that twisted hard together on squashen, until there will be no significant amounts of moisture.
Yeast is mixed in easily tempered buttermilk with sugar and pour up into a large mixing bowl. The grated squash and sesame seeds added to and distributed by shaking (use like a mixer). Add the flour a little at a time, until dough release the Bowl under æltnign and røregrej.
Sesame oil is added. That kneaded thoroughly and for a long time. If necessary add more flour until the dough release and not sticks.
The dough is made to uplift a cool place until it is swollen to twice the size of ca. 45 minutes.
The dough is divided into three equal pieces that are shaped to bread. That brush with the beaten egg together and dejrullerne rolled in sesame seeds.
They are placed on baking sheet fitted with baking paper. Cutting three oblique cut with razor blade in the surface of each of the loaves. It is made after withdrawing about 20 minutes.
They Bake at 210 degrees C alm. oven for about half an hour at the bottom of the oven.
Tips:
Loaves are suitable for freezing and stays fresh for several days in the refrigerator.
