To prepare the Brazilian coffee-banana cake 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 c. Butter a springform, which can accommodate 2 1/2 liters, and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.
Stir in butter and sugar light and white.
Add the eggs, one at a time. Mix the flour, baking powder, soda and spices together and stir it into the batter alternately with the mashed banana and coffee.
