To prepare the Bratwurst-hot dogs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the rødkålen and the onion in very fine strips with a sharp knife or use a food processor. Heat the oil up in a large saucepan. Com cabbage, onions and garlic and stir-fry it in 5-6 minutes until cabbage is mørnet a bit.

Butter a little mustard on loaves, put a big spoonful of red cabbage on each and then a sausage. Serve immediately.
