Ingredients for Braised Pig Heart
a little | Corn flour to jævnning | |
1 | Onions, diced | |
1 | Bit of pepper | |
1 | tbsp | Frying margarine |
1 | Strøget TSP. Salt | |
1.5 | tbsp | Dijon mustard |
2 | dl | Pork broth |
3 | Large carrots diced | |
50 | g | Tomato puree |
5-600 | g | Pig heart |
Instructions for Braised Pig Heart
To prepare the Braised Pig Heart recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the heart in small cubes and sauté them in a pan until they have changed color
Take the meat up
then add onions carrots tomato puree dijon mustard pork broth salt and pepper into roast juice
Let Cook together
put the meat back in the Pan and let it braiserer over low heat about 1 ½ hour
smooth right to desired consistency
and flavor to add possibly suit
Tips:
Served with mashed potatoes
