Herb bouquet of 2 stems thyme, 5 sprigs of parsley, bay leaf | ||

2½ | dl | Light veal broth |

Instructions for Braised bristles with herbs
To prepare the Braised bristles with herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the bristles in cold water for 1 hour. Boil them in salted water 2-3 minutes. Rinse them immediately in cold water and remove obstacles, veins and other impurities.
Chop the onions and tear the carrots. Cut the pores well. Season the vegetables in the butter in a saucepan. Brush the brussels with wine and broth. Add the spice bouquet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let it simmer about 20 minutes.
Take the bristles up and keep them warm. Remove the spice bouquet. Bring the ingredients into a blender and pour it back into the pan and pour the cream on. Boil for good heat for 5 minutes. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
