Instructions for Blueberry muffins
To prepare the Blueberry muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast in a bakebolle and pipe it out with milk. Add sugar, salt, eggs and half of wheat flour. Add the butter in small lumps and work it into the dough. Add the rest of the flour and work into a glossy and supple dough. Let the draw well exposed to twice the size.
