To prepare the Blomkålsflan recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cauliflower is cleansed and divided into medium sized bouquets. Put in a pan and cover with whipped cream and water. Boil tenderly, 10-15 minutes.
Mix it all with egg and season with salt and pepper.
Bring in refractory bowls that are put in the oven in water bath at 150 degrees C for 45-60 minutes until they are stiffened, they must not take color.
