Instructions for Blackcurrant and oats pulp
To prepare the Blackcurrant and oats pulp recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix all the dry ingredients and add the finely grated lemon zest. Melt the butter and stir it into the batter. Press half of dough into a small roasting pan (ca. 23x33 cm.) lined with baking paper. Forbag bottom approximately 12 minutes at 175 degrees c. alm. oven.
Mix the flushed and ribbed black currant together with lemon juice. Mix the sugar and the corn flour and toss it together with the berries.
Pour the filling on the pre-baked base and crumble the rest of the dough over the filling.
Set roasting pan back in the oven for about 30 minutes until the surface is golden. Let the cake cool in the form. Lift it up by the form using the tracing paper and cut it into slices.
