Instructions for Black currant cake, Margit's

To prepare the Black currant cake, Margit's recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the fat and let it cool off. Stir eggs, sugar, flour and fat together. NB! whip not.

Divide the batter into a greased bread crumbs sprinkled form ca. 22 cm in diameter. Advantage blackcurrant clean over it.

Bake the cake at the bottom of a 200 degrees c. alm. oven in 25-30 minutes.

Advantage of the glaze over the cake before serving.
