Instructions for Bitter aperitif
To prepare the Bitter aperitif recipe, please follow these instructions:
A 1 litre container (eg. a juice carton) make 2/3 up with lightly crushed raspberries, then filled it up with lightly crushed black currants. DRAM is poured over the fruit. Must now stand and draw a month.
Then, add a sprig of Wormwood and approx. 2 – 3 tbsp. icing sugar. Must now stand and pull ahead in ca. 2 – 3 months. The fruits are strained after this from – and aperitifs is now ready for use. Who can possibly add more sugar.
Be drunk with ice cubes as an aperitif or with ice and Danish waters as a long drink.
