100gSugar
200gButter/margarine
5dlMilk
75gRusiner (optional)
800-900gWheat flour

Instructions for Birthday buns

To prepare the Birthday buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the fat and add the milk - let it get finger-warm. Stir the yeast in it. Add sugar and battered eggs. Mix the rusks in a little of the flour and stir the dough with a spoon.
Note: the dough is and must be a good linden, so the balls will be the best.
