To prepare the Birgittes chocolate fromage recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chocolate is broken and melted with cocoa and water over low heat or steam. Milk is stirred in. The chocolate is boiled for a couple of minutes while whipping and seasoned with sugar and Vanila. The soaked house blast is melted therein. The chocolate is cooled. When it is cold but not stiff, mix most of the whipped cream. The oven is poured up, set cold and trimmed with the rest of the whipped cream and cream.
