1Small fresh cucumber
1dlDry white wine
125gOnion
2tbspWhole mustard grains
2tbspOil
2tspSalt
2-3tbspSugar

Instructions for Bell pepper relish

To prepare the Bell pepper relish recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the stems of peppers, halve them and remove the cores. Cut the peppers into small cubes. Arrow and chop the onions. Heat oil in a pan. Saute the onion and mustard grains clear in the oil. Sauté the peppers with the last few minutes.
