Instructions for Beer-pancakes, with oatmeal
To prepare the Beer-pancakes, with oatmeal recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whisk the eggs together with the sugar, salt, and flour, until it is not klunper.
Add a little milk and beer at a time, and whisk the batter smooth. Add if necessary. more fluid.
Melt the fat in a frying pan, and pour a thin layer of batter in the pan. Fry the pancakes light brown on each side, and serve with jam and sugar.
Tips:
These pancakes are much healthier than alm. pancakes, because they are filling a lot faster. They taste wonderful and are wonderfully crispy around the edges!
