150 | g | Margarine |

250 | g | Wheat flour |
300 | g | Beef, chopped roughly 16% fat |
Instructions for Beef Pie II
To prepare the Beef Pie II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: Crumble flour and margarine into a grainy mass. Stir in salt and collect the dough with cold water or buttermilk, which add a little at a time. Put the dough cold ca. 1 hour. Roll the dough out and place it in a greased pie dish. Set the mold in the refrigerator 15 minutes.
Dot dejbunden and squeeze double foil strips on dejkanten. Forbag 15 min. in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven, remove foil and bake 5 minutes more.
Dejbunden is now ready to be stuffed and baked finish.
Filling: Saute onion and meat and add the spices. Chop the tomatoes and mix it with the meat. Pour/put it in the pie bottom. Whisk the egg with the cream and a little salt and pepper, and pour over the filling.
Behind the tart approx. 15 min. by 210 degrees c. alm. oven.
