To prepare the Bearnaise sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip eggs, water and vinegar together over low heat. Until it looks like bearnaise then bring the estragon in. Whip for another 1 to 2 minutes and the sauce is done
tips:
Make sure the sauce does not get too hot so it separates, possibly. Made over a water bath to make it easier
