Instructions for Bavarian chocolate fromage
To prepare the Bavarian chocolate fromage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the house block soft in cold water for 10 minutes. Squeeze the water out of it and melt it in the coffee over low heat. Sprinkle the eggs and whip egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar airy. Add the corn oil. Tear the chocolate and mix it with the milk. Give it a boil and simmer stirring until the chocolate is melted. Whip the milk mixture into the egg yolk in a thin beam. Pour it all in a saucepan and simmer over low heat until the mixture has become slightly thick. It must not boil. Remove the casserole from the heat and mix the house block. Pour the cream into a mold that has been rinsed with water and style the day off cold until it is stiffened. Dip the mold gently in warm water and turn the day off on a serving dish. Decorate with thin chocolate plates and serve.
