Ingredients for Banana / carrot muffins

1 | dl | Water |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | Carrots | |
2 | dl | Plain yogurt |
3 | Bananas | |
300 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
400-500 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Banana / carrot muffins
To prepare the Banana / carrot muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel and tear carrots, mash bananas
Stir yeast into the water, add salt, yoghurt and egg and mix well.
Bring carrots and bananas in and stir well.
Whole wheat flour and wheat flour are mixed in a separate bowl and added to the dough gradually. It all sounds well together.
Let the dough raise a covered place for approx. 1 hour.
Form the balls (use two spoons if necessary) and allow them to adhere for 15 minutes.
Bake the cups in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 15 min.
