200 | g | Banana |
250 | g | Butter |
250 | g | Sugar |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | Egg yolk | |
4 | Egg white |
Instructions for Banana cake with coconut margarine
To prepare the Banana cake with coconut margarine recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the butter and sugar together. Stir egg yolks, orange peel, vanilla sugar and mashed banana in and then flour mixed with baking soda. Finally, the milk is stirred in.
The dough comes in a small frying pan 30 x 35 cm. Bag the cake approx. 25 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. Oven on the middle oven pan.
Kokosmarengs:
Whip the egg whites stiff. Whip a little sugar at a time and whip to tender meringue.

Bake the cake for another 30 - 35 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius. Oven until it is light golden.
