Prick potatoes with a fork and bake them in the oven at 200 degrees until tender (C). alm. oven for about 1 hour.
Cut the potatoes through and hollow-out them with a spoon. Pipe kartoffelmosen along with roasted bacon cubes, half of the grated cheese, scallions and sour cream fintsnittede. Season with salt and pepper.
