To prepare the Baked peppers with capers and balsamic recipe, please follow these instructions:
Halve the peppers and remove the seeds.
Put the peppers on a baking sheet with baking parchment, drizzle oil over, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Behind in hot air at 175 degrees for about 40-50 min (200 degrees in URalm.ovn).
Fry the garlic, cut into thin slices, with the last 5 min.
Put the peppers on a platter, drizzle the vinegar over and sprinkle with capers.
