To prepare the Baked mushrooms with goat cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat oven to 250 gr.
Remove ovaries from the cleaned mushrooms.
Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Style the mushrooms upside down on a baking pan lined with baking paper (the clear with olive oil).
Brush the marinade over the mushrooms and bake them for approximately 10-12 minutes-depending on size.
The mushrooms are taken out of the oven and they are filled with a slice of parma ham and 1 small slice of goat cheese. Brush the goat cheese with a little olive oil, freshly ground pepper and thyme. Further behind in 5 minutes.
Served as an appetizer with a little salad, tossed with a good dressing. served warm.
