450 | g | Durummel |
450 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Baked Mill Wheel
To prepare the Baked Mill Wheel recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix all the ingredients for the dough. The dough is kneaded well to a steady and supple dough. It should be moist-even if it sticks a bit.
Sprinkle a little flour and let dejkuglen rest about 10 minutes before it is divided into 16 equal-sized BLOBs (8 pers.). Sprinkle a little flour over these, and roll them into tight round buns.
These combine into a turbine wheel with approx. 1 1/2 cm between each bun. Mill wheel in about 30 minutes with a tea towel over.
Brushed with egg and sprinkled with a little salt. Bake at 200 degrees c. alm. oven until golden, approximately 20 minutes.
Tips:
If children have to bake it's a good idea to use pasteurized eggs.
