To prepare the Baked apples with vanilla cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the apples, halve them and remove the core houses. Cut the half apples into slices and put them in a small greased pan. Point the flour on and over them under the grill in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Whip the egg with corn starch in a saucepan. Add the vanilla and sugar and whip well. Add milk and boil while whipping. Spread the warm cream into 4 plates and put the apples on top. Server immediately!
