2 | tsp | Coarse salt |
3.5 | dl | Cold water |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Baguettes
To prepare the Baguettes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the cold water. Add salt. Mix flour in ad a few times until the dough is light and supple. Style dough to withdraw approximately 4 hours. Form the dough into three flúte in bagepladens length. Let flútene after raising 15 min. cut and brush the loaves with water and sprinkle, if desired. with coarse salt. Behind the flútene 5 minutes at 250 degrees, reduce heat to 225 degrees and bake them further 12-13 my.
Tips:
If gærmængden is increased to 25 gr yeast, flútene simply raise 45-60 min. before they formed.
