To prepare the Bøftærte In recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop onion and fry it in oil. Brown the meat, add the spices and pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Put the slices of meat/taglagt løgblandingen. Pour the cream and bake at 200 C for about 45 min.
