To prepare the Autumn potato salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are cooked (with the peel). The apples are cleaned and cut into cubes, ½ onion chopped ¼-extra fine. It all mix in a large bowl together lemon, oil, salt and chives (which cut fine). When the potatoes are cooked, peeled, cut into ½ cm the sliced crosswise and stirred together with Apple/løgblandingen.
Tips:
Appearance does much for taste lies, think of the colors that are in the food. If you're doing this here salad with Green apples and onions (which is white) it will look rather boring. Why use red apples to onions or Green apples to red onions.
