Instructions for Asparagus fricassé with dill
To prepare the Asparagus fricassé with dill recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean and peel the asparagus and divide them into 4-5 cm long pieces. Boil broth and whipped cream together. Add asparagus and boil for a minute. Bring them up and cook cream / broth for approx. half. Chop the dill and mix it with the butter. Also pour the hot broth / cream into the mixer. Mix to a creamy sauce. Pour the sauce back into the pan. Season with salt and pepper. The sauce must not boil. Arrange the asparagus into two small, hot bowls or deep plates and pour the hot sauce over.
