1Large cup of icing sugar
1Large cup crushed kaak (Arab Sesame bars)
1Large cup of peeled and chopped almonds
1tspOatmeal
2tspBaking soda
200gMilk chocolate
3Eggs

Instructions for Arabic cake (luzich)

To prepare the Arabic cake (luzich) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Eggs, oatmeal and powdered sugar are beaten together. Kaak (which is crushed into breadcrumbs), almonds and oil in the mass. Finally add baking soda.

The dough is filled in a form of about 20 x 30 cm and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 mins.

The chocolate is melted with Arabic whipped-cream in a water bath. When the chocolate cream is cold lubricated it on the cake that made cold until the chocolate cream is clotted.
