Instructions for Apples in the shroud
To prepare the Apples in the shroud recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk is poured into a serving dish, and dissolve the yeast in it. Flour and fat are mixed in, and it all kneaded together into a uniform dough, shaped into a ball which rests 2-3 minutes.
The ball is pressed flat and rolled or folded out in 60x24 cm, divisible lengthwise into 2 pieces and crosswise into 5 pieces, to produce 10 pieces of 12 x 12 cm.
On each dejstykke must be positioned a half Apple with cinnamon fill up. The dough is folded around the Apple and placed with the closure at the bottom of a greased plate and after raising 15 minutes on a warm place, covered.
Brushed with egg white, sprinkled with coarse sugar and bake on the middle oven at 220 degrees C Groove in about 20 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
Deep-freezing: Bread put into a plastic bag or be wrapped in aluminum foil or freezer wrap, while it is still warm, and be kept in hand for the freezer it at-18 degrees for up to 6 months.
Thawing: in room temperature thawed bread on the kitchen table wrapped in freezer packaging at ca. 2 hours in a preheated oven 200 degrees C thawed loaf of 10-15 minutes.
