180 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Apple marcipan pie
To prepare the Apple marcipan pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour and sugar and melt the butter in.
Add the egg and quickly collect the dough
Share the dough in two. Push one part out into a spring shape, about 24cm in diameter. Style spring shape cold for approx. 30 minutes.
Fill: tear the marcipan fine. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add marcipan, sugar, egg and lemon juice in.
Let the mixture simmer unde stirring until it becomes even.
Peel the apples and remove the orphanages. Tear the apples roughly. Put the ripened apples into the pie and pour the marcipan stock over.
Roll the rest of the dough out and cut it into strips. Put the dough strips across each other on top of the pie, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bagetid: approx. 45 min. At the bottom of a 185 degree heated oven (hot air 160 degrees)

Can be served with vanilla ice cream, creme fraiche or whipped cream.
