Instructions for Anitas coffee cakes
To prepare the Anitas coffee cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
The eggs are beaten with the sugar into a thick egg snaps.
The chocolate melt together with the butter in a water bath. Pour into egg mixture together with coarsely chopped almonds.
The flour mix lightly into the dough.
Pour batter into a greased baking dish (23x33 cm). Bake on rack in lower Groove at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 25 minutes.
Cut into small squares and serve with ice cold whipped cream or stirred vanilla ice cream.
