Instructions for Ananasparfait
To prepare the Ananasparfait recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut a lid of the pineapple, let the green top sit on and pull the meatloaf out - store the shell and lid. Blend or purge the fruit meat - for ice, approx. 3 dl pineapple puree. Divide the eggs and whip the whites stiff. Whip the cream to whipped cream and whip the egg yolks with a flourish. Mix the pineapple puree and lemon juice into the egg yolks, turn in the cream and add the pinch egg whites. Freeze the ice cream. The ice is arranged in the pineapple shell. The ice can either be filled with a spoon or it can be shaped as spheres. If you use ice-bubbles, they must be left in the freezer and frozen before they are placed in the shell. Finally lock the lid.
