Ingredients for Anadama Bread
1 | dl | Syrup, light |
1 | tbsp | Butter |
2 | tsp | Salt |
5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
650 | g | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Corn flour |
Instructions for Anadama Bread
To prepare the Anadama Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the corn flour into a large baking cabbage. Bring water to boil. Pour it down to the corn flour and stir in the mixture to prevent clumps from forming. Let this mixture last for half an hour.
Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of lukewarm water. Bring syrup, salt, butter and yeast into the corn mixture. Add the wheat flour and stir thoroughly.
Bring the dough into two greased sandcake shells and allow them to rise approx. 1 hour to double size a coarse place covered by a wisp.
Bag in preheated oven at 180 degrees for approx. 50 minutes. Take the bread out of the molds and cool on a breadcrumb.
