4.5 | dl | Crème fraiche 38% |
400 | g | Cream cheese, plain |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for American Cheesecake
To prepare the American Cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Brush a spring shape about 24 cm in diameter with oil.
Melt the butter in a saucepan at low heat. Stir crushed biscuits and benefit the mass in the mold.
Add cream cheese, egg and 100 grams of sugar and 1½ teaspoon vanilla sugar in a blender and blend until it is completely smooth.
Pour the mass beyond the biscuit bottom and smooth the surface. Must be baked for approx. 20 minutes or until the cake is stiffened.
Take it out of the oven and allow it to cool for 20 minutes. Leave the oven on.
Mix the cream fry with the rest of the sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour it over the cake.
Put the cake back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Let the cake cool a little and then place it in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
