Blend almonds and sugar thoroughly and then blend with so much egg white that the mass is linden and has consistency like oatmeal. Put the bake on the baking sheet, coated with baking paper sprinkled with sugar and baking 6-8 minutes at 200 degrees until the cakes are firm but firmly soft inside.
